• The conference is held with IN-PERSON format only. ON-LINE is NOT available.
• Registration and Payment are required for paper submission. The participant must register and pay the registration fee at your confit account page (after log in).
• The conference registration fee (2 days or more) includes the reception, a banquet ticket, tea breaks, lunch box and conference proceedings.
• Accompany person fee just includes the reception and a banquet ticket and CAN NOT participate to the conference. Each pariticipant must register and pay the amount of Member or Student Member fee.
• Not allowed to choose from the includings.
• Early-bird registration is possible before September 1, 2023.
• The expenses paid in registration can not be refunded in any circumstances.

• Registration is accepted by online registration via the website.
• Payment for registration is accepted by "Credit Card".
