The collection and sharing of all kinds of information for the conquest of cancer will give rise to a research system that integrates basic and clinical research, open up completely new academic fields, and create an impact that will surely revolutionize the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. The field of pharmacology has a wide range of research fields and professions, and has been and continues to be the site of diverse and comprehensive cancer research. In this symposium, we will integrate and organize the latest information obtained through cancer research in the field of pharmacology, and discuss the current issues and future research development with a view to implementing research strategies and creating a new academic field with the eradication of cancer as a common denominator. As a means to achieve this goal, this symposium will introduce the next-generation cancer research that is being pursued by up-and-coming and passionate researchers who are working with pipettes in a fume hood right now.
