For Presenters

For Poster Presentation
  • The display size for poster boards is H 210 cm x w 90 cm.
  • The core presentation times for poster sessions are 17:00–18:30 after the oral presentations on 10/31 and 11/1.
  • Please note that posters should be replaced daily, and at the end of each day, please promptly remove your poster.

For Oral Presentation
  • Each oral presentation is allocated 15 min in total (12 min for the presentation and 3 min for Q&A).
  • Each presentation room will be equipped with one projector for displaying computer screens. The connection for the projector will be HDMI only. Please bring your own laptop and any necessary adapter connectors.
  • There will be no shared laser pointers provided in the presentation rooms, so please use your own PC pointer (mouse) or bring your personal laser pointer.
  • It is recommended to prepare your presentation materials in a 4:3 layout. If you create them in a 16:9 format, there will be blank spaces at the top and bottom of the screen.

For student presenters
