〇 Smoking, Eating, and Drinking
Please refrain from smoking in areas other than the designated smoking areas (designated smoking areas are located on the 1st floor Long Promenade (near the entrance to the slope along the Shinano River)).
In principle, please take your garbage home with you.
〇 Cloakroom
A cloakroom for conference participants will be available near the registration area.
The opening hours will be 08:30-19:15 on 10/21 and 10/22, and 08:30-17:15 on 10/23.
Please strictly adhere to the usage times.
Please note that we are unable to accept valuables or cash.
Also, please be aware that if we cannot confirm the wearing of name tags, we will not be able to accept your belongings.

Free Wi-Fi is available, but please restrict its use to basic tasks such as checking emails.
If you require a larger bandwidth, please prepare your own Wi-Fi environment.
