For Poster Presentation

The size of the poster board is W90cm X H210cm.
The poster board can display A0 size posters vertically.
The core presentation times for poster sessions are 17:15~18:45 after
the oral presentations on 10/21 and 10/22.
The posters can be displayed during the whole meeting period regardless of presentation date. Please remove your poster by 15:15 pm on 10/23.

For Oral Presentation

Each oral presentation is allocated 15 min in total (12 min for thepresentation and 3 min for Q&A).
Each presentation room will be equipped with one projector for displaying computer screens. The connection for the projector will be HDMI only. Please bring your own laptop and any necessary adapter connectors.
It is recommended to prepare your presentation materials in a 16:9 layout.

For student presenters
The Japan Seismological Society encourages outstanding research presentations by students and has established the Student Excellence Presentation Award to promote the improvement of presentation skills in research.
