This paper proposes the 3.5T2C pixel circuit compensating for threshold voltage (V_TH) variation of LTPS-TFTs and preventing image flicker. Simulation results show that the relative current error rates under V_TH variations are all below 4.37 %. Furthermore, OLEDs are turned off during the programming period, thereby achieving flicker-free images.
