I am very honored to receive the 2022 Peter Brody Prize for my research on amorphous oxide semiconductors and contributions to display applications. The citation title was “for his pioneering research on defect analysis of amorphous oxide semiconductors (AOSs) and developments of novel active-matrix displays (AMDs) using indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO)”.
