In the resilience engineering theory, a general-purpose question group for quantitatively evaluating the resilience potential of an organization called Resilience Assessment Grid (RAG) has been proposed. We examined the possibility of tailoring this RAG to the organizational activities in nuclear power plants and enhancing awareness of resilience as well as brittleness hidden in the organization.
