[2B01] [Invited] Overview of the Development Innovative Plastic Recycling Process Technology: Focusing on Chemical Recycling

We have started an R&D project in FY2020 to recycle as much plastic as possible as a resource, instead of disposing them in landfills, which is about 9 million tons per year. This presentation will also outline the development of the technology to chemically recycle mixed plastics (mainly polyethylene, polypropylene, and polystyrene) using petroleum refining.
