△ [16p-318-5] Introduction of BaTbO₃ into SmBa₂Cu₃O_y Superconducting Films as a Novel Nanorod Material

It is effective to introduce nano-rods into the REBCO superconducting films for their higher in-field performance. BaMO₃ (M=Hf,Sn,Zr) nano-rods are self-assembled in the REBCO films in the vapor epitaxy. In this study, we found BaTbO₃ as a novel nano-rod material. Superconducting properties and the microstructure in BaTbO₃ doped SmBa₂Cu₃O_y films will be also reported.
