[15p-PA03-11] Electrophoretic Deposition of PEDOT-PSS Thin Films

Thin films of PEDOT-PSS were prepared by an electrophoretic deposition (EPD) method. PEDOT-PSS films accumulated on cathode surface by applying a voltage of 10 V between Pt electrodes immersed in a dispersion of PEDOT-PSS mainly consisting of ethanol. The films grew by aggregation of fibers consisting of micro-fibril structure. A spin-coated film had a conductance of 5.4×101 S cm-1, whereas the EPD film showed a conductance as high as 4.5×103 S cm-1
