Mon. Mar 26, 2018 4:40 PM - 6:00 PM Room B (C1-311 -C1 Building)

Chair: Ayako Ono (JAEA)

5:40 PM - 5:55 PM

[1B19] Evaluation of Fission Products Released during the NPP Severe Accident

22. Validation of the analytical results on FP behavior by comaring with CAMS data

Keywords:Fukushima 1st nuclear power plant, fission product, cesium, CAMS, dose rate

Radiation dose rate at the CAMS detector was calculated based on Cs mass distribution in PCV and S/C. The calculated dose rate at the S/C CAMS was well explained by assuming that first Ca deposited on the S/C wall and then released into the pool water along with water droplets of condensate steam.
