[1D14] In-situ TEM observation of radiation defects in iron-based model alloys under ion irradiation

Defect yields under ~1 MeV Fe and W ions were observed using TEM-ion accelerator linkage facility at the University of Tokyo. Number density of black-dots propotionally increased with the fluence, when iron-based alloys were irradiated by 0.7 MeV W ions at room temberature. Meanwhile, both fomation and annhiration of defect clusters increased. The detail evaluation will be introduced during the presentation.
