For a step-wise state change of (-ρ,βeff, Λ,S) in a subcritical system, we developed an estimation method of subcriticality in dollar units based on the integral method, which utilized only the measurement result of the neutron counting rate. In this presentation, the fundamental theory of the present method and its verification results for the virtual experiments will be presented.
