[1F07] Simulations of area ratio method using frequency-domain Monte Carlo method

For simulation analyses of the area ratio method, a Monte Carlo method for solving the frequency-domain equation, which is Fourier transformed from the time-dependent equation, has been developed. This method yields results similar to the time-dependent calculation with less computation time because it does not need to consider the time delay of delayed neutrons.
