On the purpose of generating scattering law data for various materials, a general-purpose code for thermal neutron scattering cross-sections has been developed by using molecular dynamics. Applying the code to light water in solid, liquid and supercritical states, thermal neutron scattering law data for light water are generated in a wide range of temperatures (20 – 800 K) and pressures (0.1 – 25 MPa).
