We are developing a fast reactor core concept with inherent safety for severe accidents such as ULOF and UTOP during 2017 to 2020. Furthermore we are planning to determine an efficient transient analysis method based on 3-dimensional transport theory. The overall plan and the investigation of 3-dimensional transient analysis method will be presented.
