The court has a social perspective as a matter of course, but its basic is technology theory. There should not be a simple mistake in technology theory. There are lack of explanation and difficulty of understanding in the background of the mistake. Also, some technical issues of discussion clearly make it difficult to put black and white. However, in the case of the trial, it is not technological theory itself, it is sufficiently discussed and whether the legal judgment was done properly, it is not a discussion of the technology theory. Therefore, here, it clarifies where the explanation shortage, understanding mistake exists, and how to work as a technology from now on.
