被覆管材料のジルコニア、セメント構成成分のカルシウムおよびケイ酸、制御棒成分のB4CをUO2と混合し、水素または酸素雰囲気で加熱処理して模擬MCCIデブリを調製した。中性子照射でFPを生成させ、これを水に浸漬して溶出率を求めた。これより、デブリ中のカルシウムやホウ素がFP溶出に及ぼす影響を評価した。
