[2A13] CO2 Reduction and the Role of Nuclear Energy: An Analysis with a High-Temporal-Resolution Energy System Model

This study presents the role of nuclear energy in decarbonization in Japan's energy system. Analysis using a high-temporal-resolution energy system model reveals that the increase of nuclear energy utilization may bring the reduction of carbon dioxide marginal abatement cost.
