In tritium process system, a tritium measurement in rare gases is an important issue, because rare gases are used for dilution gas or carrier gas. The beta ray induced X-ray spectrometry (BIXS) is a measurement technique for tritium gas. We used a Monte Carlo simulation to study a tritium measurement in rare gas by BIXS.
