To validate radiation transport code, PHITS, used for the estimation of radiation damages at accelerator facilities, we measured electrical resistivity increase of aluminum and copper induced by radiation defects under cryogenic 200 MeV proton irradiation. As a result, we measured electrical resistances of samples keeping with beam current of below 3 nA and temperature of below 5 K. The experimental displacement cross sections of aluminum and copper agreed with results calculated by PHITS with the defect production efficiency.
