[2I03] Radiation chemistry of phenylsulfones using pulse radiolysis

Transient absorption spectroscopy of the phenylsulfones solutions was carried out using the electron beam pulse radiolysis method. Both of the radical cations and anions show characteristic absorption in the near infrared wavelength region, and formation of the intramolecular dimer radical cations and anions at room temperature was clarified.
