[2I12] On-site moisture measurement of PC bridges using a mobile 3.95 MeV electron linac-driven neutron source

The major cause of corrosion of PC wires is the invasion of oxide ions and chloride ions by the free water reaching the wires. A backscatter neutron moisture detection system was developed. A series of experiments for detecting moisture poition inside the PC duct were conducted in this research.
