In order to extract desired components from vitrified nuclear waste, we proposed that new components are added and remelted the glass. The heat-treatment of the glasses promoted phase separation. The components desired from the phase separated glass could be dissolved into hot acidic solutions. We evaluated three kinds of additive components.
