Radioactive isotopes(RI) produced by 345 MeV/u uranium beam in a copper target was evaluated using residual radioactivity at RIBF accelerator facility. The target had a stack structure and was thick enough to stop the beam. The RI induced by beam directly and by secondary neutron were identified. The measured results were compared with those of PHITS caluclation.
