Resonance ionization spectroscopic (RIS) analysis is one of alternative technique to enhance the isotope selectivity such as strontium 90 (⁹⁰Sr). On this series of report, firstly, we present the development of RIS system with interference filtered external cavity diode laser (IF-ECDL; 689 nm). Secondly, beam characteristics of IF-ECDL with alternatively developed etalon system. And then finally, the results of multi-step RIS (689 nm – 487 nm – 487 nm) of ⁹⁰Sr are reported.
