Physical properties, especially viscosity, of molten core materials are the key to evaluate the spreading behavior of the molten core materials. In this study, we built an apparatus which allows us to measure viscosity and density of molten oxides by combining aerodynamic levitation with oscillating droplet technique. Measurement was performed for simulant materials such as alumina.
