[1M03] Status of femtosecond time-resolved electron microscopy

An ultrafast electron microscopy (UEM) with relativistic-energy femtosecond electron pulses has being developed at Osaka University for studying ultrafast structural dynamics in materials. In this meeting, we report the results on the ultralow-emittance electron pulse generation with a photocathode RF gun and presend the status of the development of UEM.
