[3K10] Radiation tolerance of an oscillator circuit using a crystal oscillator

We have designed a radiation-hardened crystal oscillator circuit which is useful for radiation-hardened embedded systems and evaluated its radiation tolerance or total-ionizing-dose tolerance. This paper presents that the radiation tolerance of the radiation-hardened crystal oscillator circuit is over 390 Mrad.
