Tin-lead alloy (Sn:60%, Pb:40%) has been studied as one of the heat transport mediums in Small Modular Reactor (SMR). Neutron transmission measurements of tin and tin-lead alloy were performed at KURNS-LINAC and analyzed with time-of-flight method. From the results, it was found that tin-lead alloy has Bragg edge driven from its crystal structure below 0.01 eV. Next, tin-lead alloys in solid and heated liquid state were done with the same ways and the results were compared respectively. We report the consequences for the thermal neutron scattering low about the alloys in solid and liquid state.
