The outline of activity for 5 years is introduced about “evaluation technique training of reactor vessel irradiation embrittlement using actual plant material”, which was performed as a METI’s Project from 2015 to 2019. The evaluation technique training were performed using actual plant material which was supported by nuclear power plant utility companies. And collaborative approach like a research project was applicable to the human resource development. The project is found to be useful for one of model case of human resource development regarding aging research and long term operation.
