[2J14] Prediction of core exposure distribution using singular value decomposition and deep learning

ABWR core exposure distribution matrixes at end of cycle were decomposed by Singular value decomposition, and these data were used as supervisor. The Neural Network predicted singular value and singular vector by means of learning supervisor data. The core exposure distribution at end of cycle was calculated with predicted singular value and singular vector as input.
