Additive manufacturing technology enables to fabricate a complex shape without welding points. The cubic specimens of Al contained steel (Fe-17.4Cr-12.5Ni-2Mo-5Al) were fabricated by an additive manufacturing. The reproducibility of the additive manufacturing was made clear. The chemical compositions in the specimens were homogeneous. The oxidation test of the additive manufactured specimens were performed at 1000℃ for 10 hours. The protective Al2O3 layer formed on the specimen surface. The chemical compatibility of the additive manufactured specimens with various liquid metals was investigated by means of static corrosion tests. The corrosion tests for the preoxidized specimens were performed in liquid lead-lithium, lead-bismuth and tin by using the static pot apparatus at 500℃ for 250 hours.
