We have developed transition edge microcalorimeter with an energy resolution of 0.65eV fullwidth

at half-maximum for the pulse laser about 850nm.

Due to realize Quantum key distribution and quantum computer, it is necessary to measure photons in the mid-infrared.

For that reason, We achieved this high energy resolution by using Au-Ir bilayer and the

process of device.

As a result of an experiment using Au-Ir bilayer, the point of superconducting transition

temperature became about 175mK. In addition to this, we can control the superconducting

transition temperature by changing the ratio of bilayer.

We also used sleeve in order to improve the accuracy of alignment with pulse laser and

transition edge sensor.
