A reactor neutrino monitor has been developed to monitor the operating status for reactors and the U/Pu ratio of the fuel by observing electron anti-neutrinos from the reactor. Neutrinos are detected by a pair of positron and neutron from inverse beta decay. Li-6 captures neutron, and emits alpha ray and tritium. Therefore, Li-6 is useful to detect neutron. The reactor neutrino events can be efficiently detected using this reaction. We developed Li-loaded liquid scintillators which have the ability of pulse shape discrimination. The sample of the Li-loaded liquid scintillator were irradiated with neutrons from a Cf-252 source. We will report the result of the pulse shape discrimination ability of the developing Li-loaded liquid scintillator.
