[2L16] Evaluation of induced radioactivity generated in the LHD deuterium experiments

In the deuterium experiments at the National Institute for Fusion Science, metal samples placed in the 8-O port of the Large Helical Device (LHD) were activated by neutrons generated by the DD reaction and measured with the HPGe detector to obtain the measured induced radioactivity. The induced radioactivity of the samples was calculated by using the high energy particle induced radioactivity calculation code DCHAIN and compared with the measured value.
