In this work, we have developed a methodology to estimates the spatiotemporal distribution of radiation air dose rates around Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant (FDNPP). Within the framework, we first predict the log-linear decay trend using the Random Forest, and the fluctuations of air dose rate time-series using the Gaussian Process model. The Kalman filter is then used to reconstruct the prediction of the dose rate time series for locations with real-time or historical measurements, including the fluctuation and linear trend.
