反応速度論により照射欠陥集合体の蓄積過程のモデル化を行い,その挙動を明らかにした.そして,溶質クラスターの形成エネルギーを考慮し,損傷速度(dpa/s)や照射温度などの照射条件の違いが材料照射損傷に及ぼす影響を評価した.
