Cesium silicate, Cs₂Si₄O₉, was detected after cesium molybdate (Cs₂MoO₄) was deposited on the silicon oxide (SiO₂) layer on SUS. In this study, the reaction behavior and the diffusion mechanism of cesium molybdate into SiO₂ coating on the SUS304 substrate at 700°C will be analyzed.
