[2M06] Performance evaluation of light charged particle identification by the pulse shape analysis method using an nTD-Si detector

We performed a performance evaluation of particle discrimination by the pulse-shape analysis method using the nTD-Si detector at the tandem accelerator facility of the Center for Accelerator and Beam Applied Science, Kyushu University. The dependence of particle discrimination on the angle and position of incidence was evaluated. In this talk, the detail of the performance evaluation experiment and the analysis results will be presented.
