We have developed the spectral determination method (SDM) that can be applied to gamma-ray spectra from NaI and Ge detectors and to beta-ray (+X-, gamma-ray) spectra from liquid scintillation counters (LSC). Since this method directly analyzes such spectral data, it can be applied to the fused heterogeneous data by the sensor fusion concept. In this study, the upgraded SDM method of SDM-BG was applied to the fused data of gamma-ray spectra from a Ge detector and LSCspectra, and the method was demonstrated to be useful for beta, gamma, and EC nuclides. The performance of the method is reported.
