坑道の掘削により生じた掘削損傷領域（EDZ）の連続性を遮断する目的で設置する止水プラグについて、坑道の側壁部や天端部に設ける切欠き部へのベントナイト系材料の施工方法の適用性について見通しを得ることは、止水プラグの実現性を示すうえで重要である。本報では、施工方法として吹付け工法に着目し、幌延URLにおける350m調査坑道の坑道側壁に設けた切欠き部に対して実施したベントナイト系材料の吹付け施工試験の結果について報告する。
