It is necessary to understand the transition behavior of tritium in the environment. When tritium water leaks from a fusion reactor facility due to an accident, tritium shifts to surrounding rivers and lakes and may be taken into plants. In order to understand the behavior of tritium accumulation in aquatic plants, we investigated the heavy water content in plant. Especially, the organic bond deuterium by long residence time.
