In the safety assessment of TRU waste disposal, it is necessary to evaluate the inventory of nuclides in end pieces with high accuracy. Mo-93 is a difficult nuclide to determine its inventory, requiring complicated chemical separation. In this study, a triple quadrupole ICP-MS was adopted to evaluate the Mo-93 inventory more easily.
