We have devised methods for improvement of ADC differential nonlinearity by adding random bits and compressing, and suppression of dead time by differential peak detection, and built it on SoC as a simple analog MCA. We have also demonstrated the feasibility of real-time measurement operation and spectrum monitoring operation by an external device in combination with spectrum monitor software, and demonstrated that it can provide practical functions as an MCA. This time, with the aim of further expanding the range of implementation as a spectrometer system, we investigated methods of realizing the analog waveform shaping and the baseline-restorer, which are required as the front stage of the ADC, on the SoC. We report results of the design and verification.
