In order to further implement risk-informed decision making (RIDM), it is necessary to continuous improve the skills (PI&R skills) of individual plant personnel so that they can autonomously identify problems and propose solutions based on their impact on nuclear safety. In this Research, authors developed monitoring indicators for individual PI&R skills and classroom- and workshop-based education and training programs that contribute to the improvement of PI&R skills.
