Corrective Action Program (CAP) management in nuclear power plants is a systematic process of reporting, importance screening, analyzing, implementing, and monitoring problems that occur in nuclear power plants. However, it can be improved in its rational application to decommissioning plants compared to operating plants. In a previous research paper, it was proposed to focus on CAP management to increase the ratio of corrective actions for the causes and to treat each grade by focusing on changes in the core damage frequency values (CDF) in order to improve safety. Based on this proposal, this paper proposes a point of focus for CAP management in decommissioning plants to improve safety reasonably by focusing on the difference from operating plants.
