Safety climate is the shared perception among employees of the organizational environment that leads them to safe behavior actions. In the nuclear industry, safety climate is one of the most important factors in maintaining job safety. Therefore, it is desirable to have a work environment in which each employee has a uniformly positive perception of the safety climate. However, previous studies have suggested the possibility that the perception of safety climate may differ depending on the age generation of employees. In this report, we examine the relationship and characteristics of generational differences and trends in the evaluation of safety climate by nuclear industry employees.
