The shape of beta ray induced X-ray spectrum by tritium is changed with increasing tritium depth in solid. The shape change was simulated by the Monte Carlo simulation in this study. As the result, there were regions which the shape of spectrum was changed little or more significantly with the tritium depth. The shape change with tritium depth was affected by the characteristics X-ray by elements constituent to the sample. Therefore, the accurate analysis region depended on the sample constituents in the evaluation of tritium depth by beta ray induced X-ray spectrum.
